I do not care how old Klansmen or Nazis or any other criminal is. I do not care if you're 88 and on oxygen. I do not care if your kidneys are failing and you're on your last legs. If you commit a crime of the magnitude and hatefulness that this man - and others like him - committed, your ass should be sent to jail for the remainder of whatever life you have left.
I agree. It's why Pinochet's ass belonged in the most heinous prison in Chile. Who cares that he gamed the system long enough that his health began to fail?

My brother, mother and I were just discussing this. The irony is that these men, unlike their victims, have lived long lives - long enough to be brought to justice.
